Founded in 1979 as Fybon Industries Ltd. By 2008 Fybon had become the largest and highest loft producer in Canada, producing three thermal bonding lines, 2 Spray Bonding Lines and one Needle Punch Line.

February 1st 2017 VPC acquires 5 tilbury Court and relocate Fybon Nonwovens (formerly M Fibres)

June 2nd 2017 VPC acquires Matador Converters with production and storage facilities in Montreal and Winnipeg
